Who operates Travel Wiz

What Travel Wiz provides
Travel Wiz is a travel companion for caravanners and campers. Membership includes destination discovery, Route Wiz route planning, Booking Wiz and Local Savings / Book & Save offers, subject to available features. Memory Wiz is a separate product and is not included in Travel Wiz membership.
Free trial
- New members can try Travel Wiz free for 3 days (72 hours).
- The trial starts when you first use a protected tool (such as a search or route plan) after verifying your email — not when you register.
- One trial per email address.
- No payment card is required for the trial, and the trial does not automatically convert into a charge.
- When the trial ends, your saved plans and favourites remain viewable. Searches, route planning and new savings require a paid membership.
Membership and payment
- Membership is AUD $30 per year. There is no monthly plan.
- At the end of your trial you choose whether to pay; nothing is charged automatically.
Paid checkout is not currently enabled. Applicable payment terms must be confirmed before paid membership is offered.
Refunds and consumer rights
We do not offer an additional satisfaction guarantee or a change-of-mind refund promise. This does not limit any right to a refund or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Bookings, offers and savings
- Bookings are made with third-party suppliers. The supplier handles your booking, payment and booking conditions, and their terms apply.
- Offers and availability can change or be withdrawn. Savings vary by offer — not every booking provides a saving.
- Travel Wiz may receive an affiliate commission when you book through some links. This does not change the price you pay.

Travel information — including access, closures, conditions, prices and availability — can change without notice. Always check current conditions with the relevant provider or authority before you travel.
Using Travel Wiz
- Keep your account credentials secure and don't share your account.
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or scrape or reproduce content in bulk.
- We aim to keep Travel Wiz available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service; features may change over time.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
